All domestic orders ship free via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance included.

Production Timeline

Because every piece is made to order, please allow time for production before shipping:

• Signature Collection: 14 business days production + 2-5 days shipping
• Express Collection: 7 business days production + 2-5 days shipping

International Shipping

International orders are available and ship via USPS International Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on destination. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Custom-Made to Order

Because each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, all sales are final. We take great care to ensure every detail is perfect before shipping.

Complimentary Resizing

Need a different size? We offer complimentary resizing on most styles. Simply contact us and we will arrange the adjustment at no additional cost. Please note that full eternity rings cannot be resized due to their continuous stone setting.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
